MACHINE OPERATION
①Moisten the cereals (or cereal mix)to be processed with a small quantity of water in order to achieve the desired degree of moisture.
②Load the moisturized product in the hopper.
③Turn on the machine and wait until the mold achieve the selected
temperature for production.
④Activate the machine: thanks to its automatic working cycle, it will start producing puffed cakes.
